Yes! Everything must be taken out of the car before hand, if not it will be a $50 dollar add on fee.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we will always do our best to accommodate our customers. However, appointments are reserved specifically for each customer, so we ask that you please give us enough notice if you need to make a change.

Cancellations:
Appointments canceled after booking will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your appointment without giving a 24 hour notice it will be a $50 rescheduling fee. The fee must be paid before a new appointment date and time can be confirmed.

No-Shows:
Customers who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notifying us may be charged a $50 no-show fee.

Appointment Changes:
We ask that customers contact us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule. By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
